Standard Service

Weekly Home/Condo Inspections: $30-$35 per inspection

Bi-Weekly Home/Condo Inspections: $40 per inspection

Included in inspections: 

• Check inside/outside for water leaks
• Run all faucets and showers
• Flush all toilets
• Set alarm systems (if desired)
• Check for signs of mold and mildew
• Check for visible signs of insects or rodents
• Photograph and email any visible interior and exterior problems
• Check interior temperature
• Confirm scheduled home services are being performed (i.e. pool, pest control)
• Clear out unwanted flyers and newspapers from yard and mailbox
• Check garage and garage door operation
• Check exterior condition of home
• Monitor landscape
• Perform visual pool inspection
• Check for hot water leaks and that “vacation” setting is in place
• Check refrigerator and wine cooler power surges or failures
• Check and forward mail
• Visual check of windows, doors and locks
• Check for any obvious storm damage to home
• Inspection Report sent after EACH inspection

Custom Services

You name it, we probably do it. From grocery shopping to plant watering to delivery pick-up. If its not listed here, ask us. Charges to be negotiated on a complete package not to exceed $40 per visit.

Available services include: 

• Check and replace lights
• Monthly running of dishwasher, washing machine and garbage disposal
• Check smoke alarms (change batteries if necessary)
• Water indoor plants
• Pre-arrival grocery shopping (Welcome Home Services)
• Start and drive vehicle(s) ($5 per week to drive)
• Start and drive golf cart, charge/water golf cart batteries ($10 per month per cart)
• Oversee rental properties for damage and cleanliness
• Meet scheduled deliveries

Contractor Oversight Services

Hawk Watch will provide you with a list of potential vendors and can schedule, meet, and supervise their work.  We do not take referral fees.
